MindMePlay is a mental conditioning and journaling app for cricketers. It provides guided audio sessions, journaling tools, and progress features intended to support focus, confidence, and reflection.
MindMePlay is a wellbeing and performance tool. It is not a medical product, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or coaching advice. If you have concerns about a young person's mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.
By setting up a child's profile, a parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy on the child's behalf.
During this period the app is offered free of charge to founding members. Features are still being developed and improved, and parts of the app may change, be added, or be removed. We may contact founding members about their experience.
Because the app is being actively developed, it is provided "as is" during this period. We aim for a high-quality, reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
In the future we may introduce paid features. If we do, we will make the terms clear before any charge applies. Founding members will be told about any founding member benefits at that time. Nothing in these terms commits you to a future payment.
When using MindMePlay, you agree not to:
Journal entries, notes, and other content you create in the app belong to you. We store this content so the app can function and so you can access your own history. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it with other users. Our handling of this content is described in the Privacy Policy.
The app, its design, its guided sessions, its written and audio content, and the MindMePlay name and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only within the app as intended. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, particularly during this development period. We may also update these terms. When we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if needed to protect users or comply with the law.
MindMePlay is provided to support wellbeing and performance, but it cannot guarantee any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers, including parents and guardians, under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any protection available to you under the laws of the country where you live.
